We apply principles and procedures compliant with the Australian Institute of Mediators and Arbitrators.  Our investigations and reports are provided in a format and of a standard compliant with the Queensland Crime and Misconduct Commission, and where required the Queensland Government, Disability Service Standards.

Each investigation is managed in a timely and transparent manner by our senior consultants.

SWS also provide professional education and training in identification, prevention, and management of bullying, harassment and other inappropriate conduct in the workplace.
