Jay Sharpe - Director

Jay has extensive conciliation and litigation experience within the industrial relations tribunals and courts combined with years of experience in the human resource discipline.

Jay's experience in the industrial tribunals has covered many facets of industrial relations including unfair dismissals, general disputes, order applications, award variations, enterprise bargaining disputes, wage claims and freedom of associations matters.

Jay specialises in facilitating enterprise (workplace) agreements which he has successfully achieved in both public and private sectors.

It is important to Jay that he understands his client's and the outcomes which they hope to achieve and to this end he provides his clients with both strategic and operational advice in all Industrial Relations and Human Resource matters.

 

David Prior MPubAd, JD (UQ) - Senior Consultant

david-priorDavid is and industrial relations consultant with 20 years experience in enterprise bargaining, workplace relations and dispute resolution.

David has extensive public and private sector experience in Health, Rail, Ports, Transport and Building & Construction at both state and federal levels.

David recently returned to the legal profession as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland (in 2008), and now appears, writes submissions and provides legal advice accordingly.

David is a qualified Trainer and Assessor developing and providing a range of 'in house' training programs for our clients.

 

Sally Mauger - Senior Consultant (MMS)

Sally has over 15 years management experience and her clear, practical innovative approach to the areas of People, Performance and Culture have gained her credibility at both the executive and line manager level.  Sally is frequently called upon to deliver HR focused strategies and solutions across several industries and she has substantial experience as a successful change agent.

Noel Cass - Senior Consultant

noel-cassNoel has had over 34 years of Local Government experience and currently holds a position on the Queensland Local Government Superannuation Board.

Noel has extensive experience in Human Resource Management; Financial, Corporate & Strategic Planning; Government Relations/Submissions, Project Management and Risk Management.

Noel is a highly competent 'project manager' having managed several Queensland Projects during his local government career including Toowoomba/Oakey Pipeline, Birdsville Water Supply/Aerodrome & Electricity Supply, Westbrook/Oakey By-pass and Longreach Hall of Fame.
