Jay Sharpe (Managing Director)

Jay specialises in industrial relations and has been involved in industrial relations and human resources for over a decade.  Jay has extensive experience in employment law advocacy within the industrial relations courts and tribunals both at the federal and state levels.

Jay also has extensive experience both developing workplace agreements and in workplace dispute resolution.

Elisa Ginardi (Human Resources)

Elisa has been working within the human resources field for over 5 years. Elisa has extensive hands on HR experience in both private and public industry. Elisa has a strong background in recruitment & selection, policy and procedure development and in training and development.
