SWS have extensive mediation experience in the areas of workplace dispute and grievance resolution. Mediation is an important step to ensure that disputes in the workplace are resolved quickly and amicably, preventing the need for lengthy and costly proceedings before industrial tribunals or the Courts. 

SWS provide expert accredited mediation services with a quality outcomes driven focus.  SWS provides both ‘onsite’ and ‘external’ mediation services in a confidential manner having regards to the basic principle of a “fair go all round”. We apply principles and procedures compliant with the Australian Institute of Mediators and Arbitrators.
